Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to any person who creates a nevele account or uses the nevele service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

nevele accounts are for parents and guardians only. Children under 13 may not create their own accounts. Children access nevele through their parent's account using a nevele tag and PIN.

The service

nevele provides an AI-powered 11+ exam preparation platform including:

• Adaptive practice questions across Mathematics, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning
• An AI study assistant (Nev) that explains answers and teaches topics
• A parent dashboard showing progress, accuracy and subject breakdown
• A daily leaderboard using anonymous nevele tags
• XP, levels and achievement badges

We reserve the right to modify, improve or update the service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must be 18 or over to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Subscription and billing

nevele is a subscription service priced at £11.11 per month per family.

• Billing is monthly, charged to the card provided at signup
• Your first charge occurs 30 days after signup
• Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month
• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details

Free trial

Every new nevele account includes a 30-day free trial.

• Full access to all features during the trial
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial
• You will not be charged during the 30-day trial period
• Your first payment of £11.11 is taken automatically on day 31 unless you cancel
• You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
• You can reactivate your account at any time within 30 days of cancellation

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with people outside your immediate family
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any part of the nevele platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code and AI-generated questions on the nevele platform are the intellectual property of nevele. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

Your child's practice data belongs to you. You can request a copy or deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability

nevele is an exam preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcome in any examination. Results depend on many factors outside our control including the child's effort, ability and the specific requirements of individual schools.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nevele's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of nevele after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
